🕒 How to Use
👉 For Fish Curry:
1️⃣ Marinate fish with turmeric, salt & lemon juice (optional)
2️⃣ Sauté onions, tomatoes, and ginger-garlic paste
3️⃣ Add 2–3 tsp of Fish Masala & cook till oil separates
4️⃣ Add water & fish pieces, simmer till fish is cooked
5️⃣ Garnish with fresh coriander & serve hot with rice or roti
👉 For Fish Fry:
1️⃣ Make a thick paste with Fish Masala, salt, lemon juice & water
2️⃣ Coat fish pieces evenly
3️⃣ Shallow or deep fry till crispy & golden
