🕒 How to Use
1️⃣ Boil vegetables of your choice (drumstick, carrots, beans, bottle gourd, etc.) in water
2️⃣ Add 1/2 cup of Instant Sambar Mix per 3 cups of water and rest for 5 min
3️⃣ Simmer for 5–7 minutes on low flame, stirring occasionally
4️⃣ Add chopped coriander & serve hot with idli, dosa, vada, rice, or upma!
👉 Adjust salt and tamarind to taste if desired.
🍽️ Serving Suggestion
👉 Mix 1/2 cup of Instant Sambar Mix with 3 cups of water and boiled vegetables of your choice (drumstick, carrots, beans, bottle gourd, pumpkin, shallots, etc.).
👉 Simmer on low heat for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sambar thickens and flavors blend.
